About
Black Knight
Creative Company
An Atlanta-based creative studio founded on a simple idea: the most important human skills — listening, adapting, connecting, telling your story — can be practiced.
Jamie Williams
Facilitator, Filmmaker & Creative ProducerJamie is a facilitator, filmmaker, and creative producer who brings together business experience, improv, and storytelling to create experiences where people can communicate with more presence and possibility.
He started BKCC to put two worlds in the same room. The skills that make real conversations work — listening, staying present, adapting in the moment — are the same skills that improv and storytelling have always been good at building. Most organizations don't have a place to practice them. BKCC is that place.
On the workshop side, Jamie designs and facilitates custom sessions for teams that work with people: sales professionals, business development teams, client-facing organizations. The sessions are built around each client's specific situations. He takes the preparation seriously and runs the room honestly.
On the film and media side, BKCC develops original projects and works with organizations to tell their stories through interviews, event coverage, and short-form video. The same commitment to preparation and presence that goes into a workshop goes into the creative work.
He also creates live experiences — the Pre Production Social, film screenings, panels, and community gatherings — designed to give people something real to share. A good gathering doesn't just put people in a room. It gives them something to talk about.
BKCC is a founder-led company. When you work with BKCC, you work with Jamie.
Work with JamieBuilt on three convictions.
The skills matter.
Listening, adapting, communicating with confidence — these aren't soft skills. They're the skills that determine whether a sales call turns into a client relationship, or whether a team functions like one.
Practice works.
You don't get better at a conversation by hearing about it. You get better by being in one — by having a place where you can try, fail, try again, and debrief honestly about what happened.
Context is everything.
A workshop that isn't built around your team's actual situations is just entertainment. BKCC starts with the real conversations your team needs to have, and works backward from there.
Selected client experience
BKCC has delivered workshops, creative projects, and experiences for organizations across professional services, technology, sports entertainment, and logistics.
