From the room.
The workshop was a great reminder that successful sales conversations aren't just about having the right answers. They're about actively listening, thinking on your feet, asking better questions, and creating authentic connections with clients and candidates. A big thank you to the Black Knight Creative team for bringing a fun and interactive experience to our office — it was a great opportunity to learn, laugh, and sharpen skills that we can take directly into our client conversations.
Our group participated in activities that forced us to get in sync and to anticipate the next move — all fundamental skills within project management and working together as a team. They challenged us to prepare for the unexpected and respond accordingly.
Everyone walked away with tangible skills and methods to help in their daily interactions and open themselves up to think outside the box and find comfort in the uncomfortable!
Three ways to work with BKCC
Black Knight Creative Company brings people together through custom-designed workshops, filmmaking, and creative experiences.
Custom-Designed Workshops
Practice the conversations that matter to your team. We use improv, real situations, and guided reflection to build confidence, listening, and connection.
Corporate Improv Workshops →Film & Media
People, places, and ideas deserve a thoughtful introduction. We help shape their stories through interviews, event coverage, and video made with purpose.
Event Recap & Video Production →Events & Experiences
A good gathering gives people something to share. We create space for conversation through creative socials, screenings, panels, and facilitated experiences.
View Experiences →Skills you can actually use.
Improv isn't about being funny. It's a set of practices — listening, adapting, building on what's in front of you — that translate directly to the conversations that drive your work.
You learn by doing.
No slides, no passive observation. Participants practice real scenarios from their actual work — client meetings, networking conversations, unexpected objections.
Discomfort becomes a resource.
The moments that feel risky in the room — the unexpected question, the awkward pause — are exactly what the exercises are designed to work with.
Teams leave with something real.
Not a certificate. A shared experience, a new default, and a clearer sense of how to show up in the conversations that count.
Communication & Adaptability Workshop
A custom two-hour session for Robert Half's Atlanta team — built around their real client conversations.
The session focused on active listening, responding confidently in live conversations, asking better discovery questions, and staying present when a client goes off script. Exercises were built around the team's specific roles and situations — the scenarios were theirs, not ours.
